Construction Project Cost Consultant

Job Description

• Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation to obtain the best prices and terms.
• To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims
• Asasess all the project budget upon project awarded.
• Monitor project costing during project on going.
• Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner.
• To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters.
• Other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements :

• Degree holder in any field.
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in construction industry
• Experienced in the field of aluminum windows and doors, metal wall claddings & metal works.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Responsible & meticulous.
