CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and performance of building works undertaken by the builders.
• To assist immediate supervisor on site planning implementation.
• Coordinating with sub-contractors and clients on site work and resolve site issues.
• Planning and order material.
• Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time.
• Plan and control site works.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
• Skilled and knowledgeable in renovations work and/ or tiler works.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all renovation works and finishes according to quality specification and work schedule.

Requirement:

• Min 5 years in Construction Project.
• Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
• Able to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
• Able to multitasking.
• Able to work overtime.
