CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

• Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.
• Resolve site technical issues to ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done.
• Laise with main-contractors, subcontractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents/reports for projects.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
• Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site.
• Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules, Regulations and Safety at site
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phase to ensure deadlines will be met
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Job Requirements

• Min 10 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in building construction, construction
• management, civil engineering, or architecture.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
