Construction Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works.

To ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget;

To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;

To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;

To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;

To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;

Full time supervision at site.

Working on construction site, could accept OT base on site requirement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.

Experience in a similar role.

Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.

Great leadership and organizational skills.

Superb project management skills.

Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

Great written and verbal communication skills.

A willingness to learn.
