CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure timely project progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction site operations to achieve project milestones within scheduled timelines
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges
• Implement and monitor adherence to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant construction site experience
• Proficient communication skills in English to facilitate effective coordination and reporting
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
