CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and construction operations.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to workers and subcontractors.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards and resolve any issues that arise on site.
• Enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and other parties as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain site records, including daily reports, attendance, and incident logs.
• Assist in managing site budgets and controlling costs.
