COOK

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Central Kitchen Cook to prepare and cook meals in a high-volume kitchen serving approximately 2,500 construction workers daily. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mass food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and work collaboratively in a large kitchen team to deliver consistent and nutritious meals on time.

• Prepare, cook, and portion meals according to daily menus and production plans.
• Follow standardized recipes and large-scale cooking procedures for high-volume output.
• Ensure meals are prepared efficiently, meeting quality, nutritional, and hygiene standards.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment such as tilting pans, steamers, and large mixers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow daily cleaning schedules.
• Monitor food supplies, assist with inventory checks, and report shortages to kitchen supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen helpers, assistants, and sous chefs in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations (HACCP, FIFO, hygiene standards, temperature checks).
• Assist with receiving, storing, and labeling deliveries and raw materials.
