ob Description & Requirements

We are looking for a North Indian Curry / Tandoori cook to assist in our North Indian Kitchen including menu development of Authentic North Indian cuisine.

Must have good knowledge in Indian spices and masala

Able to work on shift duties, weekend and public holidays

Must have good skills and knowledge in preparing varieties of Indian breads and able to do this bread doughs

Have good knowledge in making Indian Kebab, Indian sweets and North Indian Gravies

Have knowledge of South Indian cuisine is an advantage

Ensure that good food hygiene handling practices is followed with accordance to SFA standards

Must keep working station clean

Able to read and write English

Min 5 years’ experience as North Indian cook

Salary commensurate with working experience and qualification
