Job Description

  • Assist the Head Cook in planning and executing daily meal production while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on food preparation techniques and standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assisting in ordering and purchasing of ingredients to maintain stock.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking methods.
  • Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration and effective communication among kitchen staff.
