• Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook / senior cook / executive cook
• No formal qualification required
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Ability to manage a kitchen team
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Good time management and leadership skills
• Passion for cooking and quality food
