Customer Relationship Officer | Senoko | 1 year contract (Renewable)

Salary: $1.9k + 150 allowance = $2,050

Working Hours:

• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 8.30am-6pm;
• Alternate Sat 8.30am-12.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange appointments with customers.
- Handle phone/email enquiries on appointments and installation related matters.
- Send reminders sms/email for appointments.
- Promote and attend to sales enquiries for company’s services.
- Liaise with contractors on customers’ service matters.
- Call centre environment

Pre-requisites:
- Good communication skills.
- Highly motivated and team player
- Computer literate.
