Customer Service Officer (Gambas)

Job Description:

• Handling incoming calls/faxes/e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
• Handling of product samples
• Liaises with customers and negotiates on prices
• Prepares necessary paperwork, such as quotations and delivery orders
• Follow-up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers' payments
• Issue credit notes to customers if necessary
• Other ad-hoc admin responsibilities assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with 1-2 years' working experience in customer service or field sales
• Has initiative and positive learning attitude
• Pleasant personality and customer-service oriented
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Good communication skills and possess good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
