Job Description

We are looking for a solution-oriented Customer Service & Support Executive to deliver excellent service to our customers. This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries promptly

  • Manage appointment schedules, service tickets, follow-ups, and customer updates

  • Coordinate and process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases

  • Maintain accurate repair logs and prepare service-related reports

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related fields

  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
