Data Analyst

Job Scope

• Assist in reviewing company data policies and documenting data sources.
• Help build and run basic queries to retrieve production, inventory, and operational data.
• Clean, transform, and organize raw data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to validate data accuracy and resolve data quality issues.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to understand business data needs.
• Maintain documentation of data processes, queries, and dashboard designs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1 year) in data analysis, preferably in production, inventory, or supply chain environments.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
