Data Entry (Night Shift-Home based)

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
• Assist in sales team in send email for leads, account opening, pricing update, create new SKU, update the customer’s account details
• Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
• Liaise with customers on the order requirements
• Support sales and operation team in achieving the department objectives
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N/O levels/NITEC
• Good typing skills and accuracy
• Computer literate, especially MS Word and Excel
• At least 1-year experience, preferably in the seafood and frozen food field
• Must have own computer

Working Place: Home based but need to back office 1-2days per week

Working hour: late evening time until midnight
