Job Description

Ensure timely delivery of goods to the customer and goods collections from Senders
Collect invoices assigned
Loading and Unloading of goods
Follow route and time schedule
Following delivery/pickup instruction from Manager
Check and ensure that the total goods number match with Packing List
Ensure customers do stock check before leaving the premise
Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car an carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary
Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
Preparing necessary supplies/equipment beforehand daily
Ensure that customers sign with company stamp on the invoice as acknowledgement of receipt upon delivery of goods
Adhere to all safety requirement
Provide excellent customer service
Other warehouse duties as assigned, carry out other assignment that many be given by the employer
Willing to work extra hour when needed
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Physically fit
At least 2 years of Class 3 driving license
