Responsibilities:
- Oversees the planning and execution of construction projects. This includes developing project plans, determining resource requirements, and establishing project timelines.
- Manages and coordinating contractors and subcontractors involved in the construction projects. This involves evaluating contractor capabilities, selecting appropriate contractors, negotiating contracts and monitoring their performance throughout the project.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations .
- Implements and enforcing safety procedures, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among the construction team.
- Implements of quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet the required standards and specifications. This includes conducting inspections, reviewing construction documentation, and addressing any non-conformities or deficiencies.
- Monitors project budgets and controlling costs. This involves tracking expenses, reviewing and approving invoices, managing change orders, and ensuring that construction activities stay within the allocated budget.
- Coordinates with various stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Manages project risks includes analyse potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement appropriate risk management practices to minimize the impact of risks on the construction projects.
- Reports reguarly on the progress of construction projects prepares progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues and achievements
- Maintains accurate project documentation, including construction plans, permits, contracts and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering
- 7-10 years’ experience related experience
- Knowledge in EPC projects for O&G, Offshore Renewables & system
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
