Design Project Manager

1. Working Hours are Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm & alternatively need to work overtime & need to work on Sunday based on the site conditions

2. No transport allowances are entitled to all job sites

3. At least 5 years of working experience in construction, preferred female

4. Preferred to have interior design skills

5. Must be fully responsible for all the decisions that are implemented

6. Attending the site meeting with clients and Architects

7. Awareness of technical building issues and the range of relevant products and materials

8. Setting schedules for the project & monitoring, and reducing all the overhead costs, especially overtime for workers

9. To consult architects, Quantity surveyors, Engineers, and other Professionals if there is a need

10. Developing detailed designs in BIM

11. Carrying out research to make sure that drawings and plans are technically feasible

12. Producing rough sketches and a sample board & choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget.

13. Must work closely with the site manager, the site supervisor, carpenters, and other professionals.
