Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will work directly with management to elevate our digital presence, drive strategic marketing campaigns, and shape the brand narrative as we continue our transformation journey and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Communication & PR
- Assist in crafting and executing digital PR campaigns to position Pollisum as a progressive and trusted brand.
- Develop consistent brand messaging across all platforms (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Work closely on internal campaigns such as employee recognition, corporate social responsibility, and milestone announcements.
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and schedule engaging content, reels, and stories aligned with company activities and campaigns.
- Manage company social media channels, increase engagement, and grow our digital footprint.
- Capture key events (e.g. incentive trips, awards, product launches) and translate them into compelling digital stories.
- Marketing Strategy & Analytics
- Support digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and email newsletters.
- Analyse and report performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities.
- Website & Digital Assets
- Maintain and update website content regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies on UI/UX enhancements, ad placements, or system upgrades.
- Administrative Support
- Assist in media planning and liaising with external vendors (e.g. video producers, designers).
- Maintain campaign calendars, budget trackers, and digital asset libraries.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Canva, or WordPress.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Bonus: Photography/video editing skills or prior experience in B2B industries.
