Digital Transformation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deployment & User Support: Design and implement internal web applications, automation scripts, and other digital tools (e.g., Vibe coding, Phyton) to streamline data collections, analysis, and reporting. Integrated relevant Built Environment technologies (DFMA, IDD) as needed.
2. Training & Adoption: Prototype AI-based features (chatbots, document summarizers) or data analtytics tools, fine-tuning them for departmental workflows. Ensure solutions align with the strategic tech roadmap outlined by the HOD.
3. Data Management & Compliance: Implement encryption, access controls, and other safeguards; proactively identify and mitigate compliance risk (PDPA, ISO 27001). Coordinate with the Manager on resource or budget requirements for secure solutions.
4. Process Documentation & Communication: Engage with departmental leads, end-users, and the Digital Solutions Specialist during project rollouts or pilot tests. Gather feedback, troubleshoots issues, and iterate solutions to improve user experience and performance.
5. Milestone Tracking & Coordination: Translate high-level milestone into actionable tasks (sprints, merges). Keep the Manager updated on development progress, risk factors, and post-deployment evaluations.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and technologies such as Vibe coding and in-house web app development.
• Knowledge of AI tools and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation, especially in AI (AI Champion mindset).
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
