1. Prepare detailed technical drawings, construction plans, and layouts based on engineering and architectural design inputs.

2. Conduct site visits as needed to verify actual conditions and ensure design alignment with site realities.

3. Update and revise drawings based on site feedback, engineering instructions, or project changes.

4. Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and manage version control to ensure documentation integrity.

5. Prepare documentation and transmittal forms required for submissions to clients, consultants, or regulatory authorities.

6. Explain drawings and technical details clearly to production teams, project teams, or subcontractors, and provide adjustments or clarifications as necessary.

7. Consult and collaborate with key project personnel during planning phases to ensure drawing details meet project requirements.

8. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and ensure compliance with relevant local standards and codes (e.g., BCA, SCDF, URA).
