Responsibilities

Planning and Design:

• Ability to provide and interpret space planning in accordance to client requirements
• Prepare drawings for proposal, construction and as-built
• Sample board and material schedule preparation
• Documents control

Management:

• Periodic updates with management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Min Degree in Architectural/Engineering field
• Proficient in BIM Revit & AutoCAD for Engineering & Architecture.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up and Vray.
• Familiar with BCA Building Code
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
• Both genders welcome
