Drafter

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the sales order documents (Shop Drawing, Sales order excel sheet, Cutting list & BOQ) for supply & project orders from Engineer or Sales executives.
2. Calculate the raw material ratio and key in the MOM system to generate the costing report.
3. Prepare the fabrication drawing for confirmed orders (supply & project).
4. Prepare the submission drawing (supply & project).
5. Ensure that all the operations are inbound with the pertinent guidelines and policies of company.
6. Ensure all enquiries from the superior or customers addressed on time.
7. Calculate the galvanizing weight breakdown for products and send to accounts to stock in the items
8. Prepare the submission drawing for supply & project that assigned by Project Manager.
9. Assist Project Manager for any task he will disseminate.
10. Maintain the calculation sheets, templates, formula for improve the productivity.
11. Maintain the Synology folders for sales, Production and Procurement department
12. Provide approximated monthly/Weekly Reports.
13. Support in achieving department goal and ensure personal goal shall be achieved as per schedule.
14. Writing and revising of the technical operational process manual, procedures, and Standard forms.
15. Generate forms to shorten and to make faster process flow.
    
    

Job Qualifications

Education Required:

• Min. Diploma or above in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in drafting, preferably for steel works
