Driver cum warehouse assistant

Main Responsibilities:

• Warehouse duties such as loading and unloading goods from truck using forklift.
• Manage incoming delivery of goods and accurately matched with purchasing records.
• Ensure goods received are good condition, by performing detailed content and packaging checks.
• Good receipts in the Company's ERP inventory system.
• Organize, sorting, labelling and repacking of material according to customer’s delivery orders before dispatch / export.
• Perform accurate and on-time delivery to the customers at respective locations, ensure Delivery Orders are properly acknowledged by recipients.
• Ensure professional communications and feedback for any delivery issues.
• Warehouse and delivery truck maintenance - to ensure cleanliness, goods are tidy and well accounted for.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to manage weight of +/- 20kg during packing / sorting.
• Must possess Singapore Class 3/4 Driving License, and forklift license
• Possess warehouse experience
• Basic computer skill & knowledge (Eg MS Words & Excel)
• Proficiency in ERP Systems is advantageous
• Attention to details & organized
• Good team player, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision
