E-Commerce Executive cum Operations

E-commerce Sales & Marketing

• Manage and optimize product listings across online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Grab and the company website.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate insights and improve sales strategies.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support to ensure a positive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.

• Process online orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and ensure accurate documentation (invoices, delivery orders, etc.).

Sales Support & Coordination

• Prepare sales quotations, perform product costing, and assist in pricing strategies.

• Follow up on sales leads and coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Warehouse and Logistics Operations

• Assist to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

• Assist to monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate stock records.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse space.

• Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

• Support and do deliveries for traditional customers and online customers
