HLG WAREHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business growth within Singapore and the region. The role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, online platforms, data analytics, supply chain coordination and user-experience optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for online business growth, including website/brand site expansion, marketplace operations, traffic acquisition and conversion improvement.
  2. Manage e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, brand website) operations — including product listing, page optimisation, promotion planning, inventory and logistics coordination.
  3. Monitor, analyse and report key e-commerce metrics (e.g., site visits, click-through rate, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase rate) and implement improvements.
  4. Collaborate across functions (warehouse/fulfilment, logistics, customer service, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment, excellent customer experience, and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Lead and nurture the e-commerce team (e.g., operations specialists, content editors, customer service personnel), driving overall team performance and capability.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends, platform rule changes, new tools/technologies and propose innovative initiatives to enhance competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in e-commerce, marketing, business administration, supply chain/logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platform operations; prior role as operations manager or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada), online advertising, platform rules, data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking and problem-solving ability; able to independently plan, execute and optimise operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management capability and leadership experience. Prior cross-department collaboration is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
