EDM Wirecut Machinist

Job Description & Requirements

1) Able operate CNC EDM machine
2) Knowledge of EDM spark
3) Understanding of drawing
4) Must know how to use:-Micrometer, Vernier caliper, toolmaker scope, profile projector, digital dial indicator,etc.
5) Able to control the tolerance in +-0.005mm
6) Able to work rotating shift

• At least 1 years experience in Precision CNC EDM/ Wirecut.
• Professional certificate. Fresh Grauduate are welcome.
• Able to operate machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.
• Write and Read Simple English
• Able to maintain equipment and machines

Requirements

· NTC/NITEC Related technical skills certification

· Experience in Precision Engineering / Tool Making

· Possess basic proficiency in English to operate EDM machines programmed in English
