Electrical Drafter

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and prepare engineering drawings, such as Single-Line, Layout, Schematics, Controls, from sketches.

· Able to create drawings from written and verbal specifications obtained from Design Department.

· Work closely with Engineering Department to ensure co-ordination design effort is maintained.

· Prepare enclosure specifications and material order list.

· Check drawings for completeness and accuracy.

· Generate material requisition order and check against drawings.

· Complete drafting responsibilities according to schedule.

·Maintain all revisions of project drawings.

· Perform other duties as specified by superior.

Requirements

·Diploma in Electrical Engineering or minimum 2-year experience in electrical drafting.

· Must be able to read Single-Line drawings (electrical).

· In-house training provided for drafting skills.

· Advantage if possess basic AutoCAD 2D electrical drafting skills.

· Independent and self-motivated.
