Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

· Review Contract Docuements and drawing

· Take MTO, BOQ

· Study drawings, specifications

· Interface with Client, maincontractor and Make a Progress Claim

Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant

· Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors

· Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS

· Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation

· Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.

· Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.

· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

· Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

. Knowledge of REVIT, CAD (AutoCAD or Microstation), and engineering design software is necessary.

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.

· Min 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): Accountability, Take ownership of task, Strong mindset, Communication skill

. Conversant with international, Eurocode or local codes and regulations as well as submission procedures
