Responsibilities

· Designing of electrical control panels, interfacing & knowledge in various Power sources

· Cable & Harness designing for AC modules / capital equipment / Sensors / Temp Controllers etc.

· Design electrical / electronic engineering assemblies, layouts / schematics and detailed drawings

· Preparing engineering specification documents,

· Documentation for product release.

· Full assembly and Testing with mechanical hardware

· identify sources of problems in critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues. Troubleshoot a variety of complex issues, electrical problems.

· Perform engineering analysis on Field issues, Module Failures, Interact with Filed Engineers for bug resolution

Job Specific Knowledge

· Hands on experience in Electronic, Electrical Hardware designs, capital equipment control panel designing.

· Knowledge in Analog & Digital circuit design.

· knowledge in Semi, IEC, ANSI, NEC protocols / Standards

· Knowledge of component Obsol. & selection, schematic generation, layout reviews

· interconnect design, cable and harness design

· Knowledge in UL / CE, Semi Safety requirements,

· Working knowledge TeamCenter Engineering

· Semiconductor or solar cell manufacturing processes

· OrCAD, PADS, E3S
