Electrician Technician (LEW Grade 7)

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of list of work, materials required, tools & machinery, and any prep work.

Pre-plan and prioritize work for the task given.

Conduct inspection on pre & post-work.

Able to communicate with the client.

As a supervisor, you are required to update before, progressing, and after the completion of work at the site.

Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.

Able to troubleshoot electrical faults & trips (MCB, RCD, RCCB etc).

Experience in a Building Electrical Shutdown (annual/planned) and unplanned at PUB plants.

Knowledge in cable sizing, local electrical codes, and electrical loading.

Awareness in general electrical hazards & safety knowledge

Proactive routine services, repairs, and replacement of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectifications.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

To handle & manage external Specialist contractors awarded jobs on-site.

Job Requirements:

- NITEC or equivalent in relevant FM discipline, with a minimum 3 years relevant experience in the maintenance & electrical construction industry

- Candidate must possess Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certificate Grade 7

- Registered Licensed Electrical Worker (Grade 7) with Singapore Energy Market Authority (EMA)

- Able to work in PUB setting
