Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Maintenance

• Install a wide range of lighting fixtures, including LED down lights, track lights, pendant lights, and decorative lighting, in residential and commercial settings.
• Mount and wire ceiling fans, ensuring secure installation and proper electrical connections.
• Provide on-site training to clients on how to operate their lighting control systems.

2. Troubleshooting & Repairs

• Diagnose electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs or component replacements (e.g. fuses, cables, circuit breakers).
• Provide timely support for urgent repair needs.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all electrical safety protocols at all times.
• Comply with Singapore’s MOM regulations and workplace safety guidelines.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain clear records of installation, inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance with technical certification in electrical and class 3 license.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and relevant tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.
