Electroform Application Associate Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support print applications and process requirements tailored to customer needs, with specialized focus on Electroformed stencils
• Work closely with the EFORM manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of Electroformed products that meet manufacturing specifications and align with customer expectations
• Contribute to the development of new processes for complex requirements that exceed standard capabilities, & maintain a deep understanding of critical customer issues to ensure Electroformed products and services consistently meet their needs
• Handle inquiries from various channels such as CRM, PSP, agents and direct customers
• Liaise with vendors to ensure product quality and feasibility, particularly for advanced stencil designs such as multi-step, 3D, and ball placement applications
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Fundamental knowledge of Semiconductor/ SMT assembly process
• Proficient in CAD design tools & GC-CAM software
• Team player & possess strong communication skill
• Takes initiative
