ENGINEER - PLN Operation Intelligence

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Use knowledge of data analytics, machine learning and UI development tools and programming language to develop application to support the work needed
• Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics or reporting solution.
• Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders engagement and deliverables deliveries.
• Demonstrate sufficient understanding of line management, capacity modelling, Cycle Time modelling as well as various area specific manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraint in line management or Cycle Time problems.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present project/approach/data in meetings with varying level of stakeholders.

• Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic, and can work independently.
• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field of study.
• Proficiency in basic programming skills, preferably Python and SQL.
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.
