ENGINEER - QEM PQE YIELD

As a QEM PQE YIELD Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will support the semiconductor memory manufacturing efforts for developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying new non-volatile memory products, enabling volume manufacturing with improved test yields and enhance overall reliability by supporting the team in doing yield analysis to identify root cause fail signatures and other test yield limiters.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new product startup and sustaining high volume product yield improvement
• Work with the wafer fab process/integration group to address process-related defects affecting product yield
• Drive yield taskforce meeting to mitigate yield loss and generate roadmap for continuous improvement process with cross functional team
• Isolate test/trim/design Vs fab process issue and work with correct stakeholder for fixes
• Design and run DOE to drive yield improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent background is preferred.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor processing, device physic
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to all level.
• Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects and driving them to completion.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build strong peer relationships
• Knowledge of NAND devices operations is an added advantage
• Willing to work flexible hours that overlap with different time zones, or nights and weekends if necessary.
