ENGINEERING MANAGER

Job Description:

• To build cohesive and effective engineering team
• Motivate, guide and advise engineering team. Check and ensure all drawings and vendor data’s are up to company standards, Client’s specification and lead time.
• Plan and arrange drawings for each engineer / draftsperson and ensure to meet each projects time frame.
• Check technical specifications and arrange reviews with stakeholders
• Check preliminary calculations, drawings in support of preliminary designs activities in response to client requirements
• Review client requirements and to translate them to technical & engineering drawing proposal
• Coordinate with external parties with technical matter
• Ensure that technical specifications and other design documents are produced by drawings and vendor data submission on time and in compliance with company objectives
• Meet with client and owners for raising problems and problem solving.
• Generate and control list of drawings/ documents specific to each projects.
