ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Job Description

• Support demo, characterization, and training activities of the company's current and next generation inspection tools.
• Support customer demos/ customer wafer handling within/across cleanrooms as well as the company’s tool maintenance.
• Be trained on basic tool operations to assist demo/characterization work.
• Maintain and qualify existing tools, performing required check and work with equipment group to return them to qualified operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Equipment, Systems or other related field.
• Experience building and troubleshooting mechanical systems, optical systems, robotics, motion control, semiconductor capital equipment, biomedical equipment or x-ray or electron-beam systems.
• Good hands on and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to generate and redline procedures and documentation.
