Job Description

Immediate - Feb 2027

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Senoko (Transport provided at Sembawang, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan MRT)

Salary: $2300 + 1 Month bonus for 1 year

Job Scope

Prepare billing preparation
Set up tenant account and arrange meter read for tenants' account
Accuracy and timely bill issuance to customers
Provide case support to customer service team
Assist is system migration, User Acceptance Testing for billing system automation
Identify process improvement and close the gaps
Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field
Proficient in MS Excel
No experience required as training provided
