Key Responsibilities: General and Task Management

• Having experience in technical background such as Mechanical , Electrical , Electronics and Consumer Products Sourcing.
• Able to read BOM List ( Bill Of Materials ) or Equipment Technical Drawings , Spare Parts , Testing , Commission of Equipment , Service Contract , Preventive Maintenance and some knowledge in Commercial Legal terms.
• Sourcing experience for Equipment / Machine and recommend to Production HOD Engineering factories for machine technical specification , price comparison and communicate well with our factories various department such as R & D , WLD , WLB , eWLD and etc.
• Able to present a good Weekly Report and sensitive in price negotiation.
• Well-versed in Market Equivalent Machine Model , Application used or / Spec and Market Pricing.
• Able to hold and organized well the meeting with VP Engineering as and when ( IF ) there is any urgent meeting required.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 6-8 years’ working experience in equipment/machine buying
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills (This role will require to work with counterparts from other countries such as China).
• Good knowledge in SAP transaction
