Job Description

Job Scope :

  1. Manage registration system with vendors, ensuring smooth operations and accurate info.
  2. Respond to participant enquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  3. Resolve issues for participants before and during the event.
  4. Plan and send communications (eDMs, SMS) at key stages.
  5. Track and report registration data (e.g. sign-ups, revenue).
  6. Coordinate event entitlements (bibs, T-shirts, packs) with sponsors/suppliers.
  7. Prepare event documents (runsheets, purchase orders, invoices).
  8. Oversee event day operations, including distribution of items and on-site support.
  9. Create post-event reports with data, feedback, and improvement points.
  10. Support other ad hoc duties when required.


Requirement :

  1. At least 1 year of event experience.
  2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  3. Good communication and stakeholder management.
  4. Able to analyze and plan using different information sources.
  5. Adaptable and calm under pressure.
  6. Willing to work outdoors, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays (with off-in-lieu).
  7. Passionate about events and growth in the industry.
  8. Takes pride and ownership in their work and is goal-driven.
