Event Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive team player to support our event operations. The ideal candidate is fast, responsive, and hands-on, with the ability to carry event materials and start work immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage onsite event operations
• Set up, manage, and close event booths
• Lead and coordinate event crew and support staff
• Prepare logistics before and after each event
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders
• Sales Driven

Requirements:

• Fast, responsive, and proactive attitude
• Responsible and able to work independently or in a team
• Physically fit and able to carry event equipment/materials
• Can start work immediately
• Prior event experience is an advantage
