Event Operations Assistant / Event Crew (Full-Time)

As an Event Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the setup, execution, and teardown of events across Singapore. This is a hands-on operational role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and dismantling (booths, backdrops, props, AV equipment, signage)
• Load/unload event materials at venue and warehouse
• Ensure proper handling, placement, and alignment of event assets according to layout plan
• Provide on-site event support (ushering, registration, queue control, crowd management)
• Operate basic equipment if trained (e.g., trolley jacks, handheld radios, scanners)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of event site during operation
• Support logistics coordination between warehouse and event venue
• Report damages, missing items, or on-site issues to team leader
• Follow instructions from Event Supervisor or Project Manager
