IT Executive / IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an Information Technology Executive to support the company’s IT operations and application needs. The role involves ensuring smooth system performance, providing technical support to users, and assisting with software and application development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, system access rights, and perform system configurations.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, applications, and equipment.
• Support business teams in generating system reports and improving workflows.
• Assist in application development, testing, and deployment for internal projects.
• Monitor IT systems proactively to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents and improve response times.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support and/or application development experience (internship experience may be considered).
• Hands-on knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, Flutter, ASP.NET will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative and adaptability.
