Executive/Senior Executive Building Maintenance

We’re looking for Executive/Senior Executive, Building Maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance hands-on maintenance with strategic planning.

Requirements

1. Education & Experience

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Facilities Management (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in building maintenance or facilities management, with leadership experience.

2. Certifications

Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Work Safety Health (WSH) certifications are a plus!

3. Project Management Skills

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the big picture.

4. Communication & Leadership

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.

5. Hands-On Approach

Willingness to walk the floors, inspect systems, and step in when needed.
