Job Description

Arranging export shipments for customers
Notify production for customers’ orders
Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to various destinations
Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
To generate reports as and when required
Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up

Singaporean/PR

Minimum 2-3 years of related shipping experience
