Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery
Collaborate with the restaurant manager to implement effective strategies and policies, provide guidance, training and support, and regularly review operating procedures
Monitor inventory levels and manage the restaurant's resources to maintain optimal efficiency
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high standard of customer service
Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and special events to drive increased business
Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
At least 5 years of experience
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
Passion for fine dining and exceptional customer service
