Factory Assistant Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Factory operation in hot and humid environment, walking without sitting.
2. 24/7 stand-by reporting by phone or SMS for operation issues, report to general manager;
3. Come to factory 30mins before operation start to turn on laundry and dry cleaning machines, clean machine and make sure performance is at good condition;
4. Can immediately get machine function well once machine breakdown, to ensure operation won't break down due to machine issue;
5. Support all the positons like delivery, accouting, dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, checking and packing once the position is short of manpower.
6. Ensure daily all the laundry can be complete in time and with good quality.
7. Once laundry has any issue, need to analyze the root cause and suggest long term and short term solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years hands-on working experience in laundry factory or garment production, like washing, ironing, and packing;
2. Can speak both Madarain and English;
3. Can accept standing work at hot and humid environment without complaint.
4. Understand laundry and dry clean machines working mechanism, can repair the machine immediately with short term solution.
5. Can do all the laudnry operation positions job in laundry factory like: delivery driver, accouting, dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, checking and packing.
6. Willing to do over time without over time pay as it is considered as management package
7. Positive working attitude and friendly personality
