Fashion Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Design visually striking, themed costumes for performers based on show concepts and special events
• Research,and select materials suitable for stage performance (mobility, durability, impact)
• Coordinate production with tailors, stylists, and suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness
• Maintain, repair, and rotate costume inventory regularly
• Collaborate with entertainment and marketing teams to align costumes with show branding
• Propose new costume ideas that keep the club’s image fresh and trendy
• Oversee VIP and customer service experience on the ground
• Manage floor staff to deliver consistent and high-quality service
• Monitor costume-related expenses and keep within budget
• Support promotions through costume-themed events and visuals
• Contribute to upselling and improving customer spend per visit

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion
• Background in customer service or hospitality is a strong plus
• Strong creative eye and knowledge of fabrics, performance needs, and fashion trends
• Confident in managing people and handling high-pressure environments
• Good business sense and ability to align creative work with revenue goals
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and in fast-paced, high-energy settings
• Passion for nightlife, fashion, and performance arts
• You will visit clients who open late at night to plan for design
