As a professional Security Service provider, we create opportunities for our Officers to be well trained with a 6 year career path. We attained the Progressive Wage Management Plus certification in 2023 (PWM+), our remunerations comply with the Private Security Industry. We also provide a wide range of Security Systems from Sensors, SMART Cameras, Video Management Systems (German), Access Control Systems including Vehicle barriers, autogates and turnstiles etc.

Job Summary

Tiger Hong Security Services & Consultants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to manage financial operations, support month-end closing, and maintain accurate accounting records while contributing to efficient stock and payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices, manage credit control, and submit e-vendor documentation to ensure timely financial transactions
  • Process expenses and claim payments accurately to support financial accountability
  • Compile and deliver basic financial reports to assist management decision-making
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized accounting records and documentation to support audit readiness
  • Manage stock levels of stationeries, pantry items, uniforms, and other office supplies to ensure operational continuity
  • Execute weekly payroll processing and provide related payment support to maintain employee compensation accuracy
  • Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to support ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience demonstrating practical application of accounting standards and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and XERO accounting software for efficient financial data management
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines for time-sensitive payments
