Job Description & Requirements

As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the finance team in managing the books of the Logistics entity of the Company. In doing so, you will ensure operational fluency by securing the company’s interests and assets.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for accounting and ensuring accurate data in an accounting system

- Review and posting of accounting entries, ensure data accuracy

- Timely submission of management reports and account closing

- Assist in yearly statutory audit and tax schedules

- Able to talk to P/L owner on the movements in P/L

- Handle GST filing

- Follow up on any discrepancies or disputes

- Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting

- Multi-tasking with a positive attitude

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Great team player and people skills

- Familiarity with Xero accounting software would be a bonus

- Prior experience in Logistics would be a bonus

Working Hours:

5 days (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
